That’s right, for the first time ever we are incorporating cocktails into our guest experience, providing you with new ways to enjoy our artisanal estate spirits. You can savor them at our tasting bar, or on our outdoor patio along with food items from the Opolo Kitchen.

This spring, the three featured cocktails are a Black Manhattan, Willow Creek Gimlet and Espresso Old Fashioned, each made with our handcrafted spirits and liqueurs.

“We chose these three cocktails to start because they’ve been among the most popular drinks at our special events,” Ron says. “As we get into the warmer months of summer, we’ll shift the menu to some lighter offerings, and we’ll keep flowing with the seasons after that.”
Ron has been with Willow Creek Distillery and Opolo Vineyards since 2018, and became Lead Distiller in 2021. When asked about why he wanted to start serving cocktails now, he gave the perfect answer: “More and more people have been asking for them. Many guests would prefer to have a cocktail with their meal on the patio, and I’m a big believer in giving people what they want and what makes them happy. It was an easy decision.”
